Your complaint will be reviewed by Adam Ren, who may contact you for further details or clarification if necessary. -

A written response will be provided within 20 working days. If additional time is required, you will be informed of the reason and expected timeframe.
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. Information you provide will only be shared with those directly involved in the review and resolution process. Your privacy will always be respected.
